Abstract

The teacher is a teacher of a science with the main task of educating, teaching, guiding, directing, training, assessing and evaluating students. However, in reality, there are many teachers who cannot carry o ut their duties as well as they should. Therefore, with the increasing quality and professionalism of a teacher, the better the quality of education. With good quality education, it will also have a good impact on the quality of the nation and state, that is the general essence of a country’s education program where education is an effort to educate the nation’s life and increase human dignity.
